Mr. Roberts focuses on real estate transactions and commercial litigation for landlords, property managers, developers and businesses. Mr. Roberts' transactional practice includes negotiating and drafting a broad variety of written agreements and instruments, including business contracts, construction contracts, purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, management agreements, partnership agreements, and corporate documents. Mr. Roberts' business litigation practice includes disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, construction disputes and lien rights, foreclosure, commercial torts, secured transactions, foreclosures, and landlord-tenant issues. Mr. Roberts advises landlords and tenants of office, retail, industrial, residential, multi-family, and other properties on leasing, operation, management, enforcement, and other legal issues.
